TANTRA FLOW + MEDITATION AT ZUNRAY
Sara Fenwick has been practicing meditation and yoga for 25 years. Her mother ran a holistic wellness centre in the US giving her access to Chinese breathing instruction and psychologists from a young age, and at 13 she began a daily Zazen style seated meditation. From there she started studying with Buddhists and implementing science backed mindfulness techniques, including neurofeedback practices, which she calls tangible meditation. Sara has teamed up with Zunray Yoga Studio in Palma to offer a weekly donation based Tantra Flow + Meditation class, every Monday from 17:30-18:30.
