Intrigued, we met Luke Wills at his home that he built with his very own hands to find out why his approach to health and training is different and more beneficial than others.
What is the Optimal Health Method and what makes it different from other types of training?
I have over 7 years’ experience in the personal training industry and understand that health is so much more than just exercise. Our unique training method combines breathing exercises, mind set and focus training, nutrition coaching and personalised exercise programs to get REAL RESULTS that last.
Through our personal training and workshops, we offer clients the improvement of physical, emotional and mental capacities that you won’t find anywhere else.

THE WIM HOF METHOD
The Wim Hof Method is based on 3 pillars:
Breathing – Mind set and Focus – Gradual Cold Adaptation
Through the three pillars we strengthen the mind-body connection to the point that we are able to influence our autonomic nervous system and immune system, withstand extreme temperatures with little clothing and reawaken our true potential for optimal health.
Wim Hof Method Workshops
Full Day Workshop with Ice Bath:
Learn the benefits and how to apply the three pillars of the method to become happy, strong and healthy.
Breathing Technique workshop (2.5h):
Learn the breathing technique that allows you to influence your autonomic nervous system and immune system, reduce sistemic inflamation and strengthen your mind body connection.
Breathe and Swim Winter Swimming:
We take the three pillars of the method into nature, do a group breathing session on the beach and then immerse ourselves in the sea in the depths of winter.
Cold Hike:
Cold hikes give you a deep connection with nature while being a powerful walking meditation. It shows us how our breathing and concentration can change our perception of reality.
1.5 Hour Skype Session:
Learn the Wim Hof Method 1 to 1 anywhere in the world via skype.
