What did you have for breakfast today?
I start off with celery juice, wait at least 30 minutes to let that celery do its magic for my liver, then it’s onto my café con leche (oat milk), and a shot of strong apple and ginger! I have my first solid meal around 11am which is always a mixed fruit bowl.
What does your morning routine look like?
I wake up at 6am to meditate for half an hour (during which I will practice gratitude and visualise things I want to attract into my life). Then I do yoga for half an hour, I love Boho Beautiful (you can find her videos on You Tube).
I speak out my positive affirmations in front of the mirror (1-2 min), then I´ll do 5 minutes of breathwork.
What is your number one health habit?
Meditation actually. I believe that a healthy mind and connection to ´self´ and energy source is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself.
What is your guilty pleasure?
ICE CREAM! WINE!
