What did you have for breakfast today?
This morning I had brown bread, a boiled egg, and tea with ginger.
What does your morning routine look like?
After feeding my 17-year-old boy and he’s left for school I have a cup of coffee, take a hot shower, then twice a week walk to Pins padel and train or play padel before lunch. One day a week at 9am I go for a longer hike in the mountains.
What is your number one health habit?
To do one activity every day. Play padel, hike, swim. Prefer to be outside. We have a border collie that needs to be active.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I love a cold beer after training.
What’s one book or podcast you’d recommend everyone read/listen to?
I have a Swedish favourite podcast where there are two guys discussing and predicting. One is a journalist and the other a philosopher – Alex & Sigge.
In Mallorca, where is your favourite place to:
- De-stress: On a mountain top with music in my ears.
- Move: On the paddle court, hiking
- Shop: In small speciality shops in the centre of Alcudia
- Dine: In local Spanish restaurants that are rustic and casual – small recommended ones
- Stay: In my studio in front of a big easel, loud music and painting
