Chia and oats porridge, avocado, blueberries and nuts.
What does your morning routine look like?
I’m an early bird so wake up at 5am, journal, go for a run, then I do a barre class (I love The Studio Lifestyle online classes), shower and have breakfast. Then I’m ready for my day. I love this morning routine so much, it helps me show up for my personal life and my business as the best, most balanced and happiest version of me.
What is your number one health habit?
Setting and keeping loving boundaries.
What is your guilty pleasure?
White chocolate, liquorice and coffee.
What’s one book or podcast you’d recommend everyone read/listen to?
Any featuring Dr Tara Swart, a brilliant neuroscientist that connects the dots between the spiritual and scientific sides of how to manifest, and the law of attraction.
