Hot water with lemon, chia toast, avocado and poached eggs – washed down with a green matcha almond latte.
What does your morning routine look like?
6.30am up – tongue scrape, oil pull, hot water and a short meditation before the school run-frenzy. Afterwards, some breathwork/yoga or movement if I’m not working.
What is your number one health habit?
Hmmm….drinking hot water.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Pizza and Netflix!
