Quiet time for reflection, a bit of yoga, and time with our beloved furries, all before a mid-morning client session.
What is your number one health habit?
Thinking positive thoughts and creating some time each day to move, be that walking, swimming or a yoga practice
What is your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate ice cream, well, chocolate anything… although I don’t think that I have much guilt about it 🙂
