Katie’s ultimate goal is to motivate and support you to achieve a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, get fit, have more energy and feel amazing.
She understands that how you feel about yourself reflects in every aspect of your life. Feeling great about yourself spills over into every aspect of your life, enabling you to perform at the highest level.
Katie is very passionate about her work and as a consequence even in her spare time she is competing or training.
She has completed many Half Ironman’s and countless short and Olympic triathlons, half marathons, 10 k’s, duathlons, spartan races, bike rallies, training workshops and is game for pretty much anything active.
Katie’s enthusiasm and love for sport and being outside spills over into your training sessions – making them fun and varied and adaptable to your individual personality. Kettle bells, boot-camp, interval style cross fitness workouts, weight training, canyoning, swimming and boxing can all be incorporated into her sessions.
Katie believes true health and positive body composition is not a fad but a way of life that gradually happens step by step but eventually sticks for life. She has been based in Palma for 11 years (STP boatyard) and helped thousands to reach their health and fitness goals. If you want to lose weight, toning up, increase muscle mass, shed baby weight or recover from injury, illness or lack of self confidence and depression, Katie is able to help.
A 360 approach to health and fitness
With a lifetime worth of experience in health and wellness and has worked globally including LA, Vancouver and Seattle. Not only does she focus on nutrition and exercise but also blood work, over-all health analysis, heart rate variability, sleeping, oxygen therapy/altitude training, papimi and other treatments. She will not only focus on nutrition and movement but what may be happening inside the body to achieve optimal hormone and body function. She has a number of tools to ensure a 360 approach is applied to ensure that you will feel the best you can.
Previously based in STP, Palma’s super yacht boatyard for over 5 years, Katie is now mobile. She is able to train you on-board your yacht, at the beach, in the park or at home – training and nutrition exactly how and where you want it.
