Meet Lauren Rigg, owner of Mallorca Physiotherapy:
Restore: Even Physio’s need help sometimes! When I find myself tiring or in need of a deep tissue massage, I visit the lovely Heidi in Es Capdella.
Move: Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor.
Shop: I love meandering around the little streets in Palma. FAN Shopping Centre also has a good few shops in which I can always find something to treat myself! (Zara, H&M, Rituals…)
Eat: Quince Restaurant is my absolute favourite! It is beautifully situated overlooking the marina and the décor is so quirky which is such a contrast to most local restaurants. The fusion menu is always delicious and the staff are the happiest, friendliest team I have come across here in Mallorca!
Explore: I visit patients all over the island. I’m lucky to say that I’ve visited most towns and villages over the past 9 years! I often return at the weekends with my husband to places. I’ve been for work to explore them a little more with him. We love to find little natural coves to go snorkeling, away from the busy resort beaches!
Stay: Weekends in Palma during the Winter months, especially around Christmas. Hotel Almudaina is particularly lovely. Our room looked directly out to the Cathedral La Seu which was just stunning at sunrise!
