Located in a beautiful old building on a side street in the heart of Palma, Santosha is a harmonious fusion of gastronomy, culture and design. Created in 2016 by Ruth and Eran Gindi, it brings the flavours of their years of travelling and their different cultures together with their love of Mallorca and commitment to local, sustainable agriculture.

The style here is fresh, eclectic and down to earth. The restaurant space is big, yet intimate and versatile as it’s laid out over several room, including a tiny interior patio and a cosy, private cinema room. This makes it perfect for small and large parties or private events.

By day, it’s perfect for a quick & healthy weekday lunch, a fair-trade coffee and homemade cake or a hearty weekend brunch with all the friends and family. By night, the deeply romantic character of the place comes alive.

The dinner menu is small and more refined, changing frequently with the availability of local produce, though always using lots of fresh herbs, vibrant flavours and featuring vegetarian & vegan options alongside organic free-range meat and sustainably sourced fish. All accompanied by a stunning selection of local organic wines.
